JTEP is a small, family, residential and commercial HVAC (heating, ventilation and air-conditioning) business in Canberra, with intimate customer service. We believe that, if a customer is supported well, they may become a lifelong customer. That we have been guided by that belief is demonstrated by the fact that we get most of our sales through word-of-mouth, referrals and repeat customers. Hopefully, if you decide to use us, we will impress you sufficiently that you too will continue with us.

It is very hard to get a good reputation and even harder to keep it. We are not perfect – we are only human – but we do not shy away from situations that we may have caused or contributed to. After all, it is what happens next, after something has not gone to plan, that people tend to remember the most. And we wish to have happy customers and build long-term relationships with them.
